WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices have been designed around different services and are dependent upon the length of coverage required and how you would like your images supplied. You can choose whether you want coverage of part of your wedding or the whole day or whether you would like your images supplied on CD only or on CD and in an album.

The quotes which include an album, are based on a reportage style handmade album, or an mis storybook album, however this can be changed (occasionally this incurs additional cost). Bellisimo storybooks incur an additional charge.

All services are copyright free – in other words you receive a CD with images which you can use to print photographs for your family and friends. You can even copy the CD to use as a gift for your guests. Our unique copyright free service means you can be guaranteed there are no expensive add-ons after the big day.

For people looking for an alternative to the wedding video, we can supply DVD’s compiled from an edited selection of your wedding photographs with background music of your choice.

TIMINGS

Ceremony and Reception: We arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and leave two hours after the first dance.
Bridal Preparations, Ceremony and Reception: We arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony and leave two hours after the first dance.

APPOINTMENTS

If you are interested in placing a booking, we will happily arrange an appointment for you to view a full wedding from start to finish. We’ll talk you through the process and show you what’s involved in this particular style of photography. As photography is a relationship between the client and the photographer, you have to feel comfortable that this is the right choice for you. After your appointment we’ll hold the date for you for a couple of days, to allow you time to make sure we’re right for you.

MAKING A BOOKING

We ask for a small deposit of £100 (accompanied by a deposit booking form), to confirm the date. You can decide, at your leisure which service you would like to opt for. When we receive your deposit we will confirm your wedding and send an enquiry form which we would ask you to return a minimum of six weeks prior to your wedding along with the final balance. The enquiry form asks you all about your wedding, and asks if there are any particular photographs you would like taken on the day. To make an initial booking, we advise that you make an appointment

HOW YOUR IMAGES ARE SUPPLIED

The amount of images you receive is dependent upon which service you choose and how much of your wedding day you want covered.

As we operate a copyright free service, this means that you will receive all your images on CD approximately four to six weeks after your wedding. All the images you receive will also have been transferred to black and white, to allow you to choose which style you prefer. They are all high resolution print ready images which have been manipulated and edited prior to you receiving them.

If you have chosen the CD only service, you can arrange to make up your own album or reprints. If you have chosen the album option, you still keep the CD, but return the file numbers which appear next to each image on a completed form to us and we shall make your album for you. The number of images in your album is dependent upon which coverage option you choose – although additional prints can be added at a cost of £15 per print and page. We can also arrange to undertake reprints, canvas wraps etc on your behalf. If you have a specific request, please ask.
